We are delighted to offer a position for a team-oriented, energetic, licensed acupuncturist with managerial experience who shares our passion for health and wellness, to join our team.

The Supervisor will be reporting directly to the clinic manager. The successful candidate will be eager to take progressively increasing responsibilities, generate and execute business development initiatives, control and propel forward a business from its start-up stages. The successful candidate will be ready and willing to actively listen and mediate between patients and practitioners and ensure the highest standard of quality care for the patients. Through consultation with the clinic manager, the supervisor will establish company policies and procedures and train staff accordingly.



  • Plan and organize monthly seminars and workshops for the community on various natural health related topics. Invite speakers to give talks. Create promotional material and advertise seminars on social media

  • Manage social media platforms; company website, FB page, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. Create content, respond to queries and engage with the public.

  • Develop marketing initiatives to increase sales and performance and expand business operations

  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training practitioners for a multidisciplinary clinic

  • Conducting staff meetings on a weekly and ad hoc basis

  • Ensure swift resolution of client’s issues, concerns and complaints while complying with company policies

  • Manage day-to-day tactical and long-tern strategic activities within the business

  • Manage employees schedule and resolve scheduling conflicts

  • Work in close collaboration with the administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operation

  • Continuously monitor the functioning of staff and revise operational procedures as necessary

  • Order supplies

  • Resolve billing issues

  • Provide professional acupuncture services




  • Must be registered with the College and Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta

  • Must have 5-7 years of experience providing acupuncture services

  • Must have 5-7 years of managerial experience

  • Must carry own malpractice insurance. Proof of malpractice insurance is required
