New Patients

​New patients are always welcome at Wholehealth Therapeutic Centre. We are thrilled that you have chosen us for your health and wellness needs. Every new patient intake lasts from 30 minutes to 1 hour. During that time a TCM doctor will walk you through your injury/condition and help cater a treatment plan that meets your needs.
 
Here are some tips to help you on your journey:
 
Please Arrive Early:
 

• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This is essential as there is a considerable amount of paperwork to be filled out.

• We ask that you take your time completing the paperwork as it will assists us in recognizing the best care for you.

 
Bring Your Imaging Reports:

• Please bring all relevant copies of medical reports including X-ray, CT, and MRI reports.

• If you have CD’s containing images please bring those as well.

• If you had previous imaging done but do not have access to past reports, please let us know and we will try our best to obtain a copy

 

Comfortable Clothing:

 

• It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing.

• Alternatively, you are welcome to use our clinic gowns and shorts if you need to.

 

Relax and Enjoy! Enjoy a complimentary beverage on us just before your visit.
